Founded in 2009 in Bucharest, Romania, while in June of 2017 it opened a local office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

They cover the full spectrum of professional services - from full representation through a professional project manager for clients with limited (or not) local presence in Bulgaria to short-term site inspections and monitoring, as well as expert reports for local clients such as banks and real estate investment funds, who need an independent expert report on specific issues and technical issues related to their projects.
