The main structural frame of the space capsule houses is constructed from hot dip galvanized seismic steel with a double layer frame, ensuring exceptional strength, long service life, and high corrosion resistance. The exterior shell is made of aluminum panels with a fluorocarbon coating made from aviation grade aluminum, while the glazing consists of double layer low emission glass, providing excellent UV protection and resistance to extreme temperature variations. These features make the modules suitable for humid, coastal, and marine environments.

The standard configuration of a space capsule house includes a fully equipped bathroom and toilet, a boiler, an air conditioning system, flooring, walls, and ceilings finished with WPC panels, concealed lighting, and a dual motor system for electrically operated curtains. Thermal insulation is achieved using high pressure polyurethane foam, and the multilayer construction ensures effective sound insulation and a comfortable indoor environment. Electrical and plumbing systems are fully installed and prepared for easy connection to local utility networks.

"IGS Pro" EOOD also offers extensive customization options, including adjustments to floor area, color schemes, branding with a personalized logo, enhanced sound insulation, advanced locking systems, underfloor heating with graphene and carbon fibers, as well as the integration of solar panels or photovoltaic systems.

Space capsule houses represent an ideal solution for villas, tourist resorts, and glamping projects, due to the fast, clean, and significantly more cost efficient construction process compared to traditional building methods. There is also growing interest in public modular toilet units, including options with access for people with disabilities, as well as modular retail units with a surface area of up to 150 square meters, which can also function as automated or vending based commercial outlets.

The modules can be installed on flat or strip concrete foundations, or on column supports, depending on the terrain and project requirements. Transportation is carried out by sea to the Port of Varna, and the modules can be delivered either assembled or disassembled, with the latter being the most economical option for larger quantities. Assembly is performed by a certified team from "IGS Pro" EOOD, trained directly by the manufacturer.
