Paysera Bulgaria has announced its initial public offering (IPO) on the BEAM market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange
Paysera Bulgaria plans to raise its capital by 2 million BGN through an initial public offering (IPO) on the BEAM market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE). The offering will involve ordinary shares of Paysera Bulgaria AD. The main goal of the IPO is to meet the capital requirements for obtaining a local license for electronic money institutions and to strengthen and expand the company’s operations.
This marks an important step for Paysera Bulgaria, enabling the company to offer enhanced digital payment services in Bulgaria and Romania, reach a larger customer base, and improve customer satisfaction. The funds raised will be allocated to various purposes, including preparing for the local license, meeting regulatory capital requirements, developing core payment services, and establishing a collective financing company focused on mortgage lending.
The IPO is scheduled for June 12, 2024. Over the past eight years, Paysera Bulgaria has been innovating in the payment services sector, offering digital payment solutions for both individuals and businesses. As the business landscape in Europe becomes increasingly digital and cross-border, the need for adequate banking solutions is growing. Paysera represents the future of banking in the digital age: without offices, without paper, digital, remote, mobile, and cross-border.
Paysera is a global digital payment platform for both individuals and businesses, licensed as an electronic money institution since 2012.
